    SmartPharm operates through a user-friendly web application. Users can search for a wide range of health products, and place orders from nearby community pharmacies. Our platform utilizes location-based technology to ensure users are connected to the nearest available pharmacies. Our goal is to enable users to have access to an absolute inventory of health products so that they can find and purchase any health product available in the Nigerian pharmaceutical market.

    Apart from helping you find and purchase your health products, SmartPharm offers a variety of services including:
    Online ordering of health products from nearby pharmacies.
    Prescription refill reminders.
    Access to health information and resources.
    Delivery of purchased products to users’ doorstep.
    Integration with healthcare professionals for consultations and advice.
  4. What types of healthcare products do you carry?

    You can find a wide range of healthcare brands ranging from products such as prescription and over-the-counter medications, medical devices and cosmetics. In a nutshell, you can find any product that is available in a typical Nigerian pharmacy shop.
  5. How is my health product delivered?

    Your health product is delivered via our third-party logistics company from our pharmacy partners close to you.
  6. Do you deliver controlled substances?

    No, we do not deliver these types of medications/health products as they are highly regulated but we can help you find/locate pharmacies that have them for walk-in pickup only after payment has been made. You are required to upload the prescription for such an order before we can help you find it and also required to present the physical prescription to the partner pharmacy and sign the ‘poison/controlled substance book’ before pickup of such product.
  7. Is SmartPharm available nationwide in Nigeria?

    While SmartPharm is continuously expanding its network, our services may not be available in all areas of Nigeria yet. We are working diligently to extend our reach and provide access to more users across the country. We are operational in Lagos,Nigeria at the moment.
  8. Are the products on SmartPharm genuine and safe?

    Absolutely. SmartPharm partners only with licensed and reputable community pharmacies to ensure that all products offered on our platform are genuine, safe, and approved by relevant regulatory bodies.
  9. How does SmartPharm ensure user privacy and data security?

    At SmartPharm, we take user privacy and data security seriously. We employ robust encryption and security measures to safeguard all user information. Additionally, we adhere strictly to data protection regulations to ensure that user data is handled responsibly and ethically.
  10. What time does SmartPharm open and close daily?

    We open at 8 am and close at 6 pm daily from Mondays to Sundays.
  11. I wish to make a complaint

    SmartPharm takes complaints and feedback seriously. If you wish to make a complaint or give us some feedback please do so by emailing info@smartpharm.net and include either ‘Feedback’ or ‘Complaint’ in the subject line.
  12. Apart from product fees/price, what other payments do I make in an order?

    We charge a service fee for each purchase made on our platform and you are also responsible for paying your delivery fee if you choose to have your product delivered to you.
  13. Is buying my health products on smartpharm not more expensive?

    No, we are very customer-centric and look for every possible way to make your health products more affordable, and convenient in accessing them. Our partner pharmacies provide Smartpharm users a whopping  5 to 10% discount on every purchase with a few pharmacies capping the discount from purchases above N5000.

    Community pharmacies interested in partnering with SmartPharm can reach out to us through our website or mobile application. We welcome collaborations with pharmacies that share our vision of improving access to healthcare products and services.

    SmartPharm caters to both individual users and healthcare institutions. Our platform offers solutions for individuals seeking convenient access to health products as well as for institutions looking to streamline their procurement processes and enhance patient care
